ok i have a dell "quite" key keyboard i took it apart and there's one fat black wire that goes to the back of this metal plate and is screwed down (that one is neg right?) the others are white green red yellow, the green wire right after it has a resister,
next to the wires a letter follows :
white- C
green- D - resister (red green gold silver)
red- G
yellow- V

which ones do i connect the pos. wire and the neg. wire? PLZ HELP!!!!!

That fat black is shield. You can identify the wires with this image if you have a multimeter. I seem to have used brown and grey for the power and your colors seems to be green and white. Don't know which would be the ground though. From those markings on could determine that white could be Common/Clock, green Data, red Ground and yellow Voltage or something.
