I wanna know if anyone out there painted a mouse with spray paint before. Not a optical mouse but a regular one. What paint did you use? Like what brand and such. Also if theres any coating I should do. Sort of like a guide to painting it. lol thanks you.

Most things paint better with a coat of primer on them. I have seen a lot of positive reports with people using car paint for mods which can be found at any auto parts store, walmart, etc... Depending on the look you are going for, I would suggest going through the steps on a scrap peice of plastic or the like and see if it gets the affect you want and reacts well to finger prints, use, etc. For example, people that have used chrome paint which looks great, have always complained that it attracts finger prints too well, so this is probably not a good idea for a mouse :) Anyway, I would suggest a primer coat, your color, and perhaps a clear coat, but that might not be needed. Some cans will have instructions right on them too. I am sure a lot of the other modders here will have some input for you too.

I got some car paint but I do not know what comes first. The coat then the paint. Or the paint then the coat.

Primer coat comes first, it is basically like painting it white, but it helps your true paint layer to stick better. The bottle/can would say Primer right on it. Clear coat protects your true layer and would come last. Allow proper drying time between coats.
