I think that this is similar to these nuclear tower water cooling systems where the warm water is sprayed around inside a plastic tube so the heat is released faster. Making just a fountain inside a water resevoir is quite easy I think, doable anyway. :)

If you do it right its probably more appealing to the eye then the Nuke tower coolers... Get a lil Bonzai garden on top of your compy.... ah if i only had the money.... always the trouble.. money.... Wish someplace would take monopoly money. id be rich then.

That isn't really either. Oh well. Now, look at what I'm doing. What a hypocrite I am.

making a fountain isn't big job...just a pipe, motor and some kind of propell or something to blow the water up...and peace of metal and few minutes of time.

I guess you mean piece of metal. I don't consider metal any more peaceful than other materials

No peace? You prefer war?

Well, I guess it wouldn't be easy to make that fountain if the metal is throwing grenades at you ;)

How exactly would it be. Just a little pot to catch the water :? , or create a dome so that the water would splash up and run down the inside of the dome. Then water-proof a green led and add it inside the dome. Just a thought. I aint got a water cooling sys yet.

well i figure the fountain would go either in the reservoir for the water... or in a fishtank next to the compy that cools the water simaler to nuclear power plants... the water in the tank cools the water from the compy and the tank water is cooled by a fountain...
i dunno i dont have nor can afford water cooling yet

Why not just run the water directly from the tap through the block to sewer? you save lots of money because you dont need reservoir, pump and radiator.
