I have few projects going on right now but they are quite big so they will take some time. I'll try to get something smaller out fast.

Mod your car, bike fridge, microwave oven, TV, VCR, ...

Put some meter to your coffee cup so you can see when it's empty without looking inside your cup. (I've seen one!)

Hi!
First, Pardon my english (engrish ;)!

No machine is too crappy to be modded!
I have two comps at home! Comp no.1 has Antec triled fan, blue cold cathode and blowhole on front mask with chromed fan grill. Big biohazard sticker on side panel. (I haven't done window yet.) I'm gonna paint the case with aluminium on metallic gray at the end of this month.

My comp no.2 is 200Mhz pentium in mini at case.
Im gonna paint this sucker too. I already made nice cdrom-drive bay mod. to it ( http://www.moddin.net/article.asp?ArticleID=48 ) <-- example.
Because my comp no.2 is my mod test machine. (god save this poor sucker).
I didn't use any external led on this mod.(lazy i was and this was only a test).

I wired harddrive led and power led inside the cdrom drive. Like in that example. No soldering, just plug and pray!

But my point is that there is no comp that not deserve somekinda of mod!
Mods don't have to cost big bucks.
Just use you imagination!

Don't have any? Use google and find some inspiration!

What's with the blowholes and leds everywhere? I've seen already enough "take-an-old-mouse-and-put-a-LED-in-it" mods, HAve you boyz and girlz (btw, are there any?) got no ideas? I'm working on a Glow-pad/Quartz alarm clock crossing and it's almost finished, too bad that i don't have a digital camera :-(

So, people, power up your brains and let's make some new mods! (That goes for you too, Japala

hehe, too bad that majority of people still loves to see leds everywhere. Well, hope that I have time to finish my Epia case soon so I can move on and start doing something "different". :)

If we make mods using plexiglass and LEDs, they'd better be good, because many folks change the LED on their monitor or FDD/HDD/Power indicator from standart to blue and call it modding - thats too easy and too simple. Besides, i don't like mods that damage hardware, just because hardware is important and costs money. How about some more decorative and inexpensive mods that look good and the modder doesn't have to destroy any equipment?
