I was thinking that using this mod for a case window would look neat. Just cut out a window, use the bubble tank as the glass, and add some blue and green LEDs for that underwater color. I was wondering, is this computer safe? Would I need a blowhole on top to get rid of evaporated water? Maybe just close the bubble tank in and set the input cable to the top. Also, would this be an effective computer cooling mechanism? It seems like it would.

I think that there are couple of systems running with this kind of bubble cooling already. I don't see why it wouldn't work. For water vapor and for air from those bubbles to escape, just use a thin tube that goes to the back of the case or at the top parts of the side panel. Side panel would be better so that you don't need to unplug so many tubes when you are working with the insides of the comp.
