I have one question japala, if you drilled the silicon tube to allow the air to come out making bubbles... while it's working i understand that no water gets into the tube because the air is coming pressurised, but ... how can you keep the water from getting into the tube while the pump isn't working????

You'd need a backflow prevention valve. They only flow in one direction. so all you need is to get a small one and hook it up to the outlet of the pump. Then when the pump is one the air will flow through the valve and work as normal. but when the pump stops the valve will close and none of the water will be able to get into the pump.

That is one way. Other is to place the pump well above water level. Water level inside the tube will not rise above the water level in tank. If you are using very thin tube there might be some capillary (water getting higher than in tank) but it depends on the volume of the tank and the inner diameter of the tube.
