Hi !

Arent there any problems with electromagnetic fields ? Usually the metal computer case works as a faradayian cage that prevents the electric to be disturbed by electromagnetic waves ... discovered any problems ??

Nope, no problems. As you know people make acrylic cases and don't have any problems with them so this small window doesn't seem to affect tv etc. at all and the computer is still as stable as before.

Well, the same goes with every material. You can destroy your hardware maybe even more efficiently with metal case than acrylic or a wooden one. In most times the case isn't what to blame but the guy behind all of it and all of those installations etc. Any material should be quite safe if you know what to do.
