in one of the other treads on here some one talked about only painting the lines on the cards in glow oor UV pain then the rest in normal paint

ummm.... some insight.. i dunno about that glow in the dark paint but dont buy UV paint from pctoys.com.. i bought a can,tried it out and
even under cathode lights still BARELY shows up and i painted three coats and let each dry 1/2 hr. each. If you can find that other paint.. post where you can buy it...

That yellow paint that I used in the article is UV reactive.

does the pen have to say flourence, cause i tried a flourence highlighter, and it "kinda" worked. the pinkish colour worked, but the blue didn't i got them at walmart. would a hightliter be ok to on a card.
btw would the flourecent pen/highliter work with a led, or does it have to be a cathode, also does it matter if it is black light or anythign.
