Hey anyone know if the coolant cars use is UV reactive? Either the orange or green stuff which appears to be a forescent color.

If it appears flourscent it probably is UV reactive. How good it will glow under a UV light is up for grabs. If your interested in trying it buy a UV cold cathode and test it out. I'd hope to hear if it works.

That would be so cool if you had that in your coolant system or some thing(i don't think it will jam it up, will it). Glowing liquid.

I have Prestone in my care. I just brought out a u/v light, wired it to my battery and opened the radiator cap. The result: it doesn't glow!
