Im wondering if its possible to remove the monitor of a HP ipaq (some model) and replace it with a external small 2" monitor. If this is possible, how hard is it and where do i get the information about how to do it.

The best 2" screen i have found so far is http://www.winstar.com.tw/products_deta ... ?ProID=121

Well, i found this one also but doubt i can get one http://www.engadget.com/2006/06/07/sams ... a-display/

I dont want to controll the computer with touchscreen, so i hope i can use it with just a keyboard. I also hope the resolutions of the screens dont give any problems.

If anyone doesnt know what a ipaq is >> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ipaq

Very thankfull for answers.

I would say that it can't be done (everything is doable but...) by using the same connector that the original screen uses. It might be possible to control some external display by using the external connectors that the ipaq offers but this would need a driver/software running inside the ipaq that would then drive the display.
