There are big differences on highlighter inks. Some will show better than others on UV light. This is something you have to test. I haven't been able to find any good ones though.

The yellow and green color glow in UV light...
But there is still differents in the ink, some of them stays in the surface better and some of them.. not so good :P

about getting them on the card, i dont know, but last november i worked with my school on the school play, and i was up in the sound booth. we had a UV light going, and the highlighted words on paper and, lol, my hand, showed up very well. however, i dont know how well it could show up on a card :?

well the way it should work is that the brighter the resulting color the better it will glow. Like if you were to put a yellow highlighter line on a black background then it will fade into the background and wont light up very much (like in japalas trial on his fanbus) but if you do it on a white surface then it would work REALLY well...such as oranges play notes. But those pens japala used in his card drawing guide would be the best bet...

I already have a red cold cathold light installed in my computer. I was wondering, if i use the uv pens on my cards, and install a uv light that will be running off the same switch as the red light, will the red light drown out the uv lights effect of the card, or will the ink be illuminated from the uv light??
