So u soldir the long end to the red wire and the short end to the black wire?

With 5 volt led yes. For extra safety you should add a small, 1-10 ohm resistor too because the voltage coming from the PSU isn't 5.00 volts all the time but it should work in most cases without that resistor too.

Oke i have been trying to get the red wires etc, out of the molex. But i can't get it out. I have been trying to stick the needle evrywhere but i can't get it out :/. Can u make a picture or a guide how to un-plug the wires from the molex. I have been trying it with a needle for like 15 minutes, and hit my finger 3 times :o. And couldnt get it out :(

Hmm, ok i did some research and found this :

LED 5 mm - 7500 mcd - Red - 77 cent.

Its 2,v2 volt so what sort of resistor do i need
