I have a question. I just got a Dremel but they said that I should not use the cutting discs to cut curved lines or circles. I wanted to know what discs I should use to design the case.

You can use the disks for that but you can't cut the hole round with a one cut. If you bend that disk it will snap and you have to replace it. You can avoid this by making only straight cuts. Don't trace that contour too closely and make short straight cuts. When you start getting close to that contour line just lift the disk and start making another cut from the different angle. Now that you finish making this "rough" cut and you get that center piece off (I assume that one is making a hole) just start using that cutting disk as a file. Smooth out those jagged edges to get a perfectly smooth and round circle. Hope you understand what I mean here. Maybe someone could write this in better English if you don't. :)

Here in Finland they can be bought from many bigger hardware stores. Don't know where they sell these in US though. Bigger hardware stores perhaps?! 8O 8)

depends on the type of disk you want...the normal cutting disk is about $3 - $4 but you can get a single sided paper sanding daisk(which can bend) for about $0.50 less
