How did that hole cutter work? I was thinking about getting one of those for my uppcomming plexi chassi, and I cant find the regular hole saws in the right diameter

If you have access to a column drill, I can then suggest this tool. I found the tool to be quite hard to use with regular electric drill because it shakes the drill quite hard. Plastic also has this tendency to melt rather than make a clean cut and that makes the job hard with every tool. With a column drill and very slow speed you should succeed quite well though.

I have a Hole cutter with a drill bit in the middle. when i cut a plexi glass circle out it has a hole in the middl. Do you think this would be a problem.

With those two tools that I linked here need a pre-drilled hole. You should experiment how well does that tool bit embedded to that hole cutter work with plexi or acryls. You can always make that pre-drilled hole even when you have that bit embedded.
