would look cool, just 3 curved barbells. basically just a surface peircing. my gf has three kinda like that, with the exception of the chin part. shes got 2 lowbrets(one on each side) then her lip is peirced in the middle.

Straight barbells actually, curved ones would get a bit too close to bone.
I like her piercings btw.

the lip one is very short. if u look at the close up pic, u can see the inner ball between her lips too.

I think I'll make a set of clear spikes and light em up with LEDs if I find a small enough power source.

u could try the little tiny thin ones. i think those would be like 1v each, stack them up, then use the right resistance for it. use some SMD's for lights, there ya go, lil lights. speaking of which, i just saw a guy at a concert tonight, who had a lip percing that was flashing. so they do make them.
