I've seen an article about watercoolin computer powersource but i heard that the heat difference between parts could cause a problem, if I only watercooled the transistors...

There are usually two larger heat sinks inside the psu and it would be safe to cool them down with water. Temperature difference can cause water condensation but it shouldn't occur with these lower differences.
