Well you can use any whiteout pen...
There're also this "secret agent pens", which aren't visible, but in UV light.
You could find them in practical joke stores..
If you just want to hide information from someone, you can just use some organic juice; citron, onion, garlic or such...

Anything white will react to UV-light. If you've ever been under one, you've might have noticed that you t-shirt was glowing (if white) or your teeth(you do brush them, don't you?). That's the white color reacting.

only if its like an ultra pure white. cuz some of my ccfl cables are uv reactant and some arent, but under regular light, they both look white.

btw.. Vinager is also uv reactant. thats what they use at Disney world out here in florida for re-entry. they stamp ur hand with vinager and use a uv light to chek if ur hand is stamped.

What if people are allergic to vinegar stamped onto their skin? They might develop a rash 8O. Is white soo good under UV light because it reflects most (or all, I didn't check) spectrums of light, or something?

Well almost any kind of white will react under those "normal" UV or (if you want) black lights. My shirt, my teeth, even then dust on my clothes. There might be though a thing that will make them NOT react.
