Epia Sphere (page three)
Now that we have seen the basic idea behind the Epia Sphere, let's see some images from the finished product. What! No DVD-ROM etc?
Because I don't currently own any DVD movies and because I do have 100 Megabit network here at home with ADSL going to outside world, I based this project around these facts and needs. Networked and ment to be plugged to TV set. If one would like to use a regular monitor or TFT with this board and this sphere case, you would need to make similar kind of alterations to that d15 connector as we did with those PS2 connectors. Also the thick cable would not bend as well as the SVideo cable does and that would have forced me to make a stand for the sphere so it would stand higher. As for the networked movie machine this is all that we needed to do. :)

Well, here it is. You have seen it and now it is your turn to build one. :) Improve it, alter it, redesign it etc. Now that you have seen that it is possible to build such a case, why not take it to the next level. This was something that I needed and I'm certain that your needs can be completely different but maybe this is the heart of the modding. You can always build what you need. :)
There is one more page that contains more images that can give you more info about this case. Go and visit it!
