Taking the S805 out of its soft stand is really a luxurious moment. The body of the stick is made of zinc alloy to make it durable. I've seen quite a many "durable memory sticks", but often those do not have good looks. The S805 won't have a chance against a bullet, like some competing products, but unlike any of those, the S805 looks very stylish any time and everywhere.

At the the end of the stick is a karabiner that can be easily snapped on to a keychain or to just about everything.

The memory chips are inside the USB-connector itself, so all of the zinc-alloy shell is just to protect the chip. The stick itself is capless, and the connector just swivels out of the cover. I have to say I like this design, because there's no fear of losing the cap and the swivel design can be used as a stress relief toy when needed. It also feels a lot sturdier than the Kingston's slider system.
The swivel itself has two stopping points; one at 90 degrees and another at 180 degrees. The S805 is quite long when extended to its full length. As someone might imagine, it is not a bad thing. With some cases the front panel USB is quite hard to reach and USB-sticks with short connectors tend not to reach it, with the A-data this is not a problem.
