The Arctic headphones look very much different from the Banshees. They are surround headphones, which shows on the ear cups and the controller. The design has hinges for folding them to smaller space. The ear cups aren't large enough to cover the whole ears, but rather sit on top of them.
The flexible microphone is built in to the left ear piece and pivots up and out of the way when not needed.
The controller is placed mid-way on the cable and it has separate controllers for all the channels and also a switch for turning off the microphone. This is a good idea, and the analog controllers are practical. Overall though the controller hanging on the cable can be awkward, and at the very least there should be a clip of some sort for hanging the controller form the clothes of clipping it to the edge of the table.
