When I took the keyboard to my hands I was surprised about that how light it was. Because of this it
felt a bit cheap. Despite it felt cheap it didn’t squeak even if it was twisted a bit. Also the feel of
the keys is pretty good. Unfortunately the keys are a bit too stiff so the writing speed decreases a bit.
The keyboard layout isn’t completely standard so from time to time you need to search for the special
symbol you want to use. After a while the writing is getting easier and notably faster.
Even the touchpad is relatively small it’s easy to use. Of course you cannot use it for a very accurate
work but its resolution is enough for controlling your HTPC. Under the touchpad there are Page down and
Page up keys that make e.g. Internet browsing a lot more comfortable.

KB-1BT is a handy device in your living room for controlling HTPC, Playstation 3 etc. You probably
don’t want to write long articles with it but it can handle short writings well. Thanks to the small size
it fits well next to the other remote controls in your living room. The LED light is an useful tool when
you need to find your mobile phone in the dark room during the movie. Also the backlighting of the
keyboard is useful because the layout is not completely standard.
Unfortunately the biggest problem with the KB-1BT is the price; about 70 Euros. In case the keyboard
was a bit cheaper I would recommend the keyboard for home theater enthusiasts without a doubt.
