The software of the Spawn is a four-tab affair that follows the color scheme of the mouse itself. Starting from the first tab, here are the settings for the button actions, double click speed, scroll speed and mouse acceleration. All the buttons can be assigned to act as mouse or keyboard buttons, macros or DPI control.
Second page has the macro editor. This is a very simple version that does not record the delays between key presses and also limits the lenght of the macros to just 5 keys (10 actions).
Third tab has the DPI- and polling rate settings. The mouse only has three DPI steps and for all three the only options are 800, 1800 and 3500 DPI. This combined with the limitations on the macro editor make the software the most basic we've seen with any gaming mouse.
And finally there's the fourth tab with links to online support and software update.
