Size Comparison

The AVC-S7 is barely half of the height of the Fusion V2. The width is obviously around the same, but also the depth of the GMC is clearly smaller. This is a good thing, because usually the depth causes problems when trying to fit the HTPC to an AV-rack ment for amplifiers and normal DVD-players.

From behind the differences between the two cases are maybe the most evident. While the Fusion V2 looks like any micro-ATX case, the AVC-S7 shows sort of dedication to its job. The parts that require the most room are usually PCI-cards, CPU cooler and then PSU, on GMC all of these problems are solved with the riser card and the small PSU, and it's pretty much as slim as a case with micro-ATX motherboard can be.
The difference in size also shows on the difference in functionality, as the Fusion is capable of housing up to four extra cards, including a PCIe-graphics card, which is impossible with the riser card of the GMC.
