While the HD5770 may be slower at the lighter settings than the older crossfire setups, it manages to claw its way infront of them. This does show that the new Juniper core copes with higher AA and AF levels better than the older cards.

The good performance of the HD5770 can in part be explained by the newer drivers and new architecture. Nonetheless the good performance has nothing to be ashamed of.
