HD6850 IceQ X Turbo 1 GB

From the flip side we can see that the HIS HD6850 cards don't use the AMD reference design, and are a bit shorter. The IceQ X doesn't have the X-support bracket for the cooler, but other than that the two HIS cards are identical. One can also see how the custom PCB has soldering points for two 6-pin power connectors, but only one of them is in use on these cards.

Out of these three cards it's definitely the HD6850 IceQ X Turbo that packs the most impressive cooler. There are the four thick heatpipes and a very large heatsink, combined with a large fan. The memory chips are again left naked, but there's a separate heatsink cooling the VRM. Apparently the airflow alone is enough to keep these GDDR5 chips cool enough.

Talking of memory chips, the IceQ X, just like the other two, makes use of eight Hynix H5GQ1H24AFR-T2C chips.
