Crysis

"But does it run Crysis?" still remains as the question with all new graphic cards, and we're definitely getting there. At full HD resolution and settings cranked to max the average FPS was 39. While a bit too low for my liking, it's definitely playable. The difference to the HD 6950 is 17,3%.
Crossfires are again in the lead with 7- and 11 FPS differences.
Alien vs. Predator

Alien versus Predator and the average FPS is again much higher than on any of the other cards. This time the difference is again over 20%. The HD 5870 and GTX 560 Ti are lagging behind by 14 FPS or over 30%.
The HD 6870 Crossfire tops the chart again with a 21,7% difference to the HD 6970.
Stalker

Another game test and while the Cayman XT is again the fastest card in the single GPU-race, the overclocked HD 6950 really puts up a fight, losing by only 1-4 FPS depending on the run.
Far Cry 2

Finally there's the Far Cry 2, where AMD finally manages to leave the Geforce GTX 560 Ti behind.
Here the HD 6870 Crossfire does particularly well, being 36% faster than the HD 6970. It depends largely on the game how much the gap is, but overall these Barts-cards offer higher performance than a single Cayman.
