CM Inferno

The Inferno is aimed at the MMO-playing folk, which means there are more buttons than usually. Looking at the side there are the two common thumb buttons, but behind them also a third one. On the top the mouse seems awfully crowded as well. In total there are 10 buttons (11 if you count the wheel), nine of which are customizable via the software.

On the side the normal thumb buttons are where you'd expect to find them, but behind those two CM has added another button. The layout does require some getting used to, but the third button is surprisingly comfortable to use.

On the front there are some entirely decorative ventilation grills which has some red leds behind it. On the front there's also plenty of buttons, on the far right and left there are extra keys, and behind the roll, where there usually are the two DPI-keys, there are actually three more buttons.

On the bottom there are three huge glide pads, a model sticker and the laser sensor.

At first glance the two extra buttons on the sides seemed like they would get in the way of normal use, but when you grab the mouse, they are far enough to not get in the way. For my liking the back is a bit too wide, but other than that the mouse fits pretty nicely to hand.
