Bottom

On the bottom of the keyboard there's just some product information and five rubber feet that keep the keyboard in place on the table. On the rear edge there are also two feet that can be risen to bring the rear of the keyboard up. Under the hatch there are two 2000 mAh Ni-Mh AA-cells that power the keyboard.

Closer look at one of the feet and also the small recharging connector. The charging cable is the same used in other Logitech wireless products, so if you have for example the K800 and the Wireless Performancemouse, you can just have a single cable on the desk and charge both devices using it.
Unifying

Another reason why you might want to use the Performancemouse MX is the "Unified"-receiver, which means you can just have the single receiver for both of the wireless devices.
