The first two tabs in the SetPoint driver allow you to change the functions for the calculator button and five other F-keys. There's also a selection which toggles the FN-key and inverts the F-keys so that they act as quick keys by default and function keys by pressing the FN-button.
The next tab shows the battery level and on the fourth tab you can disable certain keys, which, according to Logitech, are rarely used and often pressed by accident. The Unifying tab is for setting up the wireless link with other peripherals, and finally there's the light-tab for choosing how the backlight works.
