H2 Classic - Inside

With the side panel out of the way we can see the internal layout of the case. Overall it's very close to that of the Fractal Design Define R2, on the front there are the very tall hard drive rack with eight drive sledges, three 5,25" bays and on the left there's room for mATX or ATX motherboards. Around the motherboard area there's also holes for cable organizing and also hole for installing the CPU cooler.

A better look at the drive bay shows a very nice detail, the screws required for securing the drives are right there on the drive cage. This is a very nice detail as now you don't have to find the right bag of screws every time you want to secure or remove a hard drive.
On the 5,25" cage you can see the screws similarly held in order, but also the tool free quick locks for installing the drives. There are also thumb screws in the PCI card slots, so installing a system in to the H2 Classic is starting to look like a really easy task.

There isn't much to see behind the right side panel, just the back of the motherboard tray with the cable managing holes and the drive cages. The gap between the side panel and the motherboard tray varies between 25 and 30 mm so you should be able to get all the cables in there quite nicely. There are also hooks for zip ties, so getting the cables nicely in place shouldn't be too hard.
