Now that we've stripped the case to the bare essentials, we can start cramming in the components of our choice. Now I had reserved the Zotac Geforce 9300-ITX WiFi motherboard for this case with a Q6600 G0 CPU and 4GBs of Kingston RAM. I will not even describe on how awful it was to install the Scythe Big Shuriken onto this motherboard (hint: it even required taking off the NB-heatsink).

However as I mocked the motherboard up with the case, I found out that all the struggling to get the heatsink mounted onto the motherboard was a waste. Of course this is not really the cases fault, but as the case is aimed for more powerful setups and many of the current heatsinks are fairly large, it would have been nice if the case was just over 10 mm wider.

Having gotten the Big Shuriken off the motherboard once again, I had to settle with the Intel boxed heatsink. Here we can see how much space there is still left between the heatsink and the powersupply. This should give the CPU enough airflow so it won't overheat.

Now that we've gotten the motherboard installed into the case, we can arrange the rest of the cables and wires, so they won't restrict airflow. Now we've gotten to the phase where we'd install a 2.5" drive and a slim CD/DVD drive onto the cage. Unfortunately I had neither available at the time of this review so I can't show you how they'll fit in the cage. Fortunately the guide will atleast give you a clue on how they should be placed.
Now that the cage has once again been reseated in its place, we'll move on.
