Antec recently released new models to replace some of their old bestsellers. The new models include P183, 902 and Sonata Elite and from these three the latest arrived for us to be tested. Sonata has gone through some cosmetical changes before. Let us see if the update this time is just skin-deep or has Antec made some larger changes to their very popular case.

Antec Sonata Elite

The bundle contains the normal manual, screws, zip-ties and case badge, but also keys to the door, an adapter that allows one 5,25" bay to be turned into a 3,5" drive bay and also a radial fan.

The radial fan that comes supplied in the bundle features a three speed fan controller just like Antec's other fans. The fan is designed to be installed next to the expansion slots to help keep the graphic cards cool via exhausting the warm air through the rear panel. The radial fan is a new addition to Antec's product range and there aren't much specifications to be found for it.
