Intro

Early this year we tested three air coolers, but that time around some of the top contenders were missing. Now it's time to make up for that and review the Noctua NH-D14 and NH-C14, both of which are supposed to be at the top end of the performance charts and also quiet enough for even the most demanding users.

The sister models come packed in very similar boxes with photos, specifications and also some technical drawings of the coolers covering the boxes. At this stage it's already very obvious how big the coolers are, as the boxes are absolutely massive and also weight a lot.

Bundle

Also the bundle of the coolers is very similar, including mounting kits for all CPU-sockets that matter, a large tube of NT-H1 thermal paste, two L.N.A. and U.L.N.A. fan adapters and also a case badge. In addition to this the NH-C14 also comes with a support bar for the cooler.
