Not long ago we reviewed the first products from a new cooling manufacturer Phanteks. The original PH-TC14PE-coolers turned out to be a great success and now the brand has already launched their second CPU-cooler model - the PH-TC14CS. Let's see if this one proves to be as good as the first one.

The cooler arrived to our test carefully packed in an identically sized and similarly styled box as the PH-TC14PE before. The specifications and color options of the cooler are clearly shown, but a good overall view is missing.
Looking at the technical details the cooler is a very large top-down model with dual 140 mm fans.
The bundle is very similar to the PH-TC14PE-version, with really the only exception that this time there are fan mounts for only two fans and the screw driver included has a hex-socket rather than phillips head. The fan splitter, an external PWM-adapter and a large tube of high quality thermal paste add some real value to the bundle.
