IntroWe've reviewed a great bunch of gaming mice, and there are still plenty to be reviewed before the end of this year. Some argue that current sensors are good enough to work on just about any surface, but to really get the best of your new mouse, it's often a good idea to couple it with a decent mouse pad. Now mouse pads are something we've reviewed much fewer, but this time Roccat sent us something large and soft to take a closer look at. |
Package

The Taito comes packed inside a box. Soft mousepads can get nasty waves and kinks if they aren't packed properly, so it's important to have a hard casing like this around the pad. On the front there are small square holes through which one can touch the surface material and the bottom as well.
Bundle

Inside the box there's nothing but the mouse pad. The King Size version is truly huge and it's decorated with the Roccat Taito-logo and a large MTW-text. The mTw is a German clan and apparently also a big name in their eSports scene. Out of the box the pad does have some waves, but in use it gets flat and smooth really fast.
