When considering that GD07 is a HTPC case, the temperatures are very tolerable. Of course it can't
beat a good tower chassis, but that is undestandable. It is also possible to improve the cooling
performance by installing optional fans to the case.
Noise
With the fans included the case isn't as silent as you could imagine. The fans are rotating at 12
volts, so by lowering the voltage you can make the case more silent. Some noise dampening material
would be ideal to maximize the silence, which is an important factor in hometheater PCs.

Gold Award!
Overall Silverstone GD07 is an excellent case for your home theater PC. For the price of 150 euros
you get a good-looking, elegant case with a lot of room and good cooling performance. Only minor
faults are related to the installation, because there are no thumb screws, fan adapters and cable
management. Also the bottoms' and left side's dust filters' mountings are a bit tricky. If you can
live with the mentioned faults, you should go for GD07.
