Story:
just a fan controller... the sliding switch changes the speed of my main fan(7V/12V)... and the toggle switch changes my other fan's(see picture) speed (7V/12V/OFF)

thats a huge noob job alll u have to do is through in a ton of wires hook um up and put in some lights all im tring to say is thats a super easy mod a 5 year old could do that

i guess i could tie them... but that would be too much effort... i'm too lazy to do that...

i would say tie the wires together (better airflow plus it makes it look nicer)
