Over the years we've reviewed a great number of keyboards with a great variety of gizmos in the form of
LCD-displays, endless macro-keys, thumb buttons and removable numpads, but now we have something new in the lab
- a bunch of mechanical keyboards from Qpad. The difference between a mechanical and a membrane (normal)
keyboard one is that in a mechanical one there's an individual switch for each button. This results a different
typing touch and a much longer lifespan. Recently these mechanical keyboards have been coming more and more
popular, so it's about time to find out what the fuzz is all about.
We received Qpad's whole lineup for a review. The MK-80 in the middle is a bit older model, whereas the MK-50
and MK-85 are both brand spanking new. All of the models pack the same overall look, but there are also some
significant differences, which we aim to high light in the review.
