Quality

Couple of holes gave me some trouble. This seems to be a common problem with this kind of replacement cases. Misalignment usually works out by using some force and is some rare cases a file but they are not show-stoppers.

On the hatch covering the game controller ports was a nasty chip. I believe this is the spot that kept the plastic pieces together during the manufacturing. When taking the parts apart some of the chroming got damaged. Something that you wouldn't want to see on your console as the top part is very visible.

On the bottom part the I-CASE had four of these kind of circular markings. I suppose that the case rested on some sort of pads during the part of the process and it left some markings. This only affect the other side of the case so I'm not overly concerned about these affecting the end result.

To show you the quality of the chroming I decided to use paper that have 100% straight lines on it. From this reflection one can observe the flatness of the chromed surface. Bottom part of the image shows some irregularities but luckily they are not that apparent in real-life usage.
