IntroNot long ago we reviewed the first products from a new cooling manufacturer Phanteks. The original PH-TC14PE-coolers turned out to be a great success and now the brand has already launched their second CPU-cooler model - the PH-TC14CS. Let's see if this one proves to be as good as the first one. |

The cooler arrived to our test carefully packed in an identically sized and similarly styled box as the PH-TC14PE before. The specifications and color options of the cooler are clearly shown, but a good overall view is missing.
Looking at the technical details the cooler is a very large top-down model with dual 140 mm fans.
Bundle

The bundle is very similar to the PH-TC14PE-version, with really the only exception that this time there are fan mounts for only two fans and the screw driver included has a hex-socket rather than phillips head. The fan splitter, an external PWM-adapter and a large tube of high quality thermal paste add some real value to the bundle.
