Hinges for the top box

Here we are making the hinges for the back door on the top box. I'm trying to stay away from the path of the chisel if it slips away.

Making the cuts bit deeper.

Finished notch for the hinge to sit inside. I used small brass hinger as there would be not that much load on them.

Cooling the top box

I decided to use passive cooling on the top box. Row of holes on the bottom and top parts of the box would allow air to flow inside the box to cool the components down.

I just love a proper hole saw. Makes life so much easier.
