This is the most expensive case I have made. The laser cutting and the plexis (with TFT stand) cost about 180 euros. Plexis together with all the stuff (UV-paint, aluminum profile, screws etc.) the case cost a little over 200 euros. The cost for the plexis rose because of the lenght of the cuts. So many complex sheets take time to cut. I estimate laser cutting plexi parts for a regular shaped case would not cost even close to 100 euros. If you can use Autocad or similar software, laser cutting is quite a cheap way to build a professional looking case.

I was bit disappointed by the UV-paint. Reseller's pages promised it would be completely transparent but it was not, so I couldn´t use it as I had planned. If I had time and cared to make the effort, I would have given the aluminum frame better finishing. Nevetheless, the outcome was quite showy as planned. I hope you like it.
