IntroSmartphones are common these days and there are plenty of manufacturers making them. There are also a huge selection of different models available but surprisingly, it can be difficult to tell them apart from one another. Most of the models are basic, mostly black, rectangles with little or none distinguishing marks. Caterpillar and its new CAT B15Q Smartphone tries to make itself noticed by using anodized aluminium, rubber and different colors. With one glance one can sense the ruggedness of the phone. Let us see if the rest of the hardware can deliver what the looks try to promise. |

Bundle

In addition to the phone and its removeable battery, the bundle contains a printed manual, an AC wall adapter and a micro USB cable. Not a huge pile of "stuff", but it contains all the necessary pieces to get you going with the device.

The bundled charger is rated for 1.0 A output. The included micro-USB cable is a bit special one as it has a slightly smaller housing around the connector. Connectors with larger "housing" will not fit inside the rubberized connector on the phone.

2000mAh Li-ion battery ensuring that the promised talk and stand-by times are reached when needed.
