This has to be one of the hardest products till date for me to review. With that great macro and high sensor resolution the camera feels great but on the other hand why leave video clips without sound when the device has a microphone?

It was great to see all these manual aperture- and shutter priority modes. Many manufacturers settle only for fully automatic camera and leave nothing or very few little settings for photographer to adjust. This makes these cameras nearly useless when the object is beyond the flash range in low light situations. Same happens when you are trying to take a picture from an area that have both brightly lit parts and dark shadows. Automatic metering just doesn't work with 100% accuracy in every situation and that is where these manual modes come in.

You can notice that I placed AA-sized batteries to the + side of the list. This is something that has more to do with personal preference than scientific facts. Rechargeable AA batteries are a lot cheaper to get than camera specific batteries. For example 1100 mAh Lithium battery for Canon G5 costs around 50-70 dollars. If your camera uses AA batteries you can buy for example Kodak's MAX K2000 charger kit with four 1850 mAh batteries for $24.97. A lot more power with half the price. Having a spare set of charged batteries on that long hike or trip without recharging possibilities can really make a difference.

While I listed some things to the - side, the product seems good for my use. I like this camera a lot and I'm currently using it to take photos for all the reviews and articles authored by me. I hope that these facts that I presented to you will help you decide if this product suits your own needs.
