Structurally the H70 is exactly like all the other all-in-wonder water coolers we've seen recently, but even at first glance it's easy to tell the radiator is much thicker. Also they've made the block-pump-part extremely compact, which will help in confined spaces and low cases.

Looking from the side the new block/pump is much lower than the boxed Socket 775 cooler. The barbs also rotate to make the installation easier. The use of plastic is a bit worrying, but then again, they seemed to work in the CoolIt ECO, so why wouldn't they work here.

Radiator

Apart from the thickness the radiator design is similar to the H50. The fin spacing is about the same as in any high performance air cooler.
