Func 1030 XL is a plastic mouse pad with turnable plate. The other side is smoother than another. The dimensions are 36 cm x 28 cm x 4 mm, so the mouse pad isn't particularly large.
Design
Here is a macro shot from the surfaces. On the top there is the smoother side and on the bottom there is the roughier side. It's pretty much up to your preferences which side is better.
The mouse pad is held in place with nine large rubber feet, which make sure that the mat won't accidentally slide. The rubber feet are very sticky, so the mat stayed in place with ease.
