On the first page of the driver you can see pretty much all the settings at first glance. This view lists the button actions, sensitivity choices, cursor speed, polling rate and even the state of the battery.
From the next, Basics-tab, one can change the profile name, description and also set the on-board memory slot it's saved on in the mouse. Here you can also set the programs assigned to this particular profile, so you don't have to manually change the profile when you start gaming.
Buttons-tab does what it says on the tin, sets actions for the buttons. These include the usual set of browser and media player actions, and you can also set buttons to launch programs.
Pointer-tab gives control over the sensitivity of X- and Y-axes as well as the cursor speed, acceleration and polling rate.
