On the back we have the line in and the headphone-out connectors. Antenna is for FM radio use. Hole on the left is the bass port for the speaker. By ear I'd say the cabinet is tuned to around 100 hz, which is sufficient for a box of this size. As you can see from these photos, the "wooden enclosure" is a bit of a exaggeration since speaker cabinet is only as good as its weakest part. Plastic front and back do wobble a bit when playing music at a maximum volume. This isn't a real problem since sound gets muddy at loud levels anyway with small speakers. So, the case is not 100% wooden.
I opened the front wall and it had seals between the wooden part and the plastic covers so the box should be airtight, good! Driver is 3,5" in size and it is magnetically shielded, though I think that most users have already moved away from the CRT screens.

Using the radio is easy. Menus are navigated by using a big main wheel and items are selected by pressing it. Most used buttons beside this knob are "menu", "back" and "mode" buttons. Basically you have 4 modes to choose from - FM radio, internet radio, line-in and a "music player mode". This last mode plays shared files from your computer. It plays either files placed in normal shared folders or UpnP media stream files for example with Media Player 11. Very easy and fast to learn. At first start I had to choose my wlan from a list, not difficult. Stations can be searched by music genre which I found really handy.
