MEKA G-unit continued

On the left end of the keyboard there are twelve macro-buttons and another four switches for changing between the three profiles. On the right end of the board are four small buttons for controlling the media player and another four buttons for adjusting the volume and backlight.

The keyboard uses a removable USB-cable that uses the standard mini-USB-connector, so in case the cable gets damaged, it’s easy enough to replace. For additional connectivity also the meka G-Unit comes with two USB2-ports and also packs an integrated sound card to give you extra headphone- and microphone-jacks.
Audio

The sound card is based on Holtek HT82A834R-chip, which is an all in wonder USB-audio solution. The chip does its job, but I have no idea why someone would prefer this on-board card instead of just having audio through-puts like other keyboards we've seen. Sure, you can get away by just using a single cable but more often than not, a gaming rig features a good quality audio source on its own, so there should be no need for additional external solution. Still, perhaps this is the feature you need and this is the keyboard that has it.
