Yamada H8420 is an acceptable home theatre system. Low price and moderate sound quality compensate those few little problems that we encountered. I also liked the easy to learn and use remote controller. But there was also problems, so at least my sample of Yamada H8420 wasn't top quality. After few minutes of use system was almost ready for RMA. Bad manufacturing quality wasn't the only thing since I found that subwoofer volume did't follow the main volume linearly and usually I had to adjust it separately to achieve the best possible listening experience.

With all its down sides, the good looking Yamada H8420 home theatre system also suprised me positively. I'm not a big fan of lousy quality computer speakers and my prejudices against them and cheap 5.1 systems are still quite high but in the name of truth I have to say that around 100 € you just can't get better system. So building a good home theatre system is not cheap but with Yamada H8420, one can taste sweetness of 5.1 system at very low price and with reasonable sound quality.
